Initial Screening
No matter what the goal is, the approach to meet them is based on a thorough screening process, which entails two steps of health and lifestyle assessment via a comprehensive questionnaire that gives Shikhar a very good understanding of your lifestyle, the everyday demands of it, your sleep and eating patterns, and secondly, the physical movement screening in which he takes a joint-by-joint approach to assess your joint capacity. After all it is your joints that allow you to perform the most fundamental movements.

Injury Rehabilitation
Using an active approach backed with the science of exercise, Shikhar has helped numerous people to rehabilitate testing injuries such as; ACL injuries, lateral epicondylitis (Tennis elbow), shoulder injuries, non-specific and specific low back pain, and cervicalgia (neck pain) to name a few.
Strength and conditioning
Shikhar is a competitive drug-free powerlifter. He specializes in the science of sports training and performance development. In ten years of his professional experience, he has helped numerous athletes in the sports of rugby, football, badminton, cricket, running, mountain climbing, weightlifting, and powerlifting to achieve their goals and go beyond to reach the highest levels of sports performance.
